1. Introduction
Intelek AI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Jadkan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates jadkan.ai, an AI-powered business management platform that consolidates core business functions—product catalog, inventory, customer communications, operating data, and analytics—into a single workspace. AI agents running on top of this platform have full context of your business and assist with customer interactions, operational decisions, and automated workflows.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and other applicable laws.
By using Jadkan, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
Name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). Optionally, a profile picture.
3.2 Business & Workspace Data
Business name, description, operating hours, product and service catalog, inventory data, and any other business information you enter into the platform. This data is used by Jadkan’s AI agents to build business context so they can respond accurately on your behalf.
3.3 Customer Conversation Data
When you connect a messaging channel (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or LINE), Jadkan receives messages sent by your customers to your business accounts. This includes message text, attachments, timestamps, and sender identifiers. See Section 5 for full details per platform.
3.4 Usage & Analytics Data
Information about how you use the platform: features accessed, number of conversations handled, AI agent interactions, and in-app actions. Used to improve the service and provide you with business analytics.
3.5 Log Data
IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and error reports. Retained for 90 days for security and debugging.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Jadkan workspace and user account
- To provide AI agents with business context (your products, inventory, operating hours, and policies) so they can assist customers accurately
- To display incoming messages from connected channels in your unified inbox
- To enable your team and AI agents to reply to customers on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and LINE
- To generate business analytics and operational insights within your dashboard
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, workspace invitations)
- To monitor platform health, diagnose bugs, and improve the service
- To comply with legal obligations under Thai law and applicable regulations
We do not use your business data or your customers’ message data to train general-purpose AI models, nor do we share it with advertisers.
5. Third-Party Platform Integrations
Jadkan connects to external messaging and business platforms on your behalf. When you authorize an integration, we access and store only the data necessary to display conversations in your inbox, provide AI agents with context, and send replies on your behalf. Facebook data is used solely to operate the inbox and power AI-assisted replies. It is not used for advertising and is not shared beyond the infrastructure providers listed in Section 6.

Instagram data is used solely to operate the inbox and power AI-assisted replies. It is not used for advertising and is not shared beyond the infrastructure providers listed in Section 6.

Your use of third-party integrations is also governed by each platform’s own policies. Jadkan is not responsible for the data practices of external platforms.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:
- Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database, and logging services that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Third-party messaging platforms: When you or an AI agent sends a reply through Jadkan, the message is transmitted to Facebook, Instagram, or LINE via their APIs.
- Legal requirements: If required by Thai law, court order, or a government authority, we may disclose data to comply with legal obligations.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before any transfer occurs.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If your account has no active subscription and shows no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, your data will be scheduled for deletion. We will send an email notification 30 days before deletion, giving you the opportunity to reactivate.
Log data is retained for 90 days. Encrypted platform tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect an integration.
8. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures:
- Encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Encryption of API credentials and tokens at rest using AES-256
- Webhook signature verification for all incoming platform events
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to production data
No system is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us at contact@jadkan.ai immediately.
9. Your Rights (Thailand PDPA)
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis for continued processing
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved

10. Cookies
Jadkan uses session cookies for authentication and local storage to remember your theme and language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent features such as staying logged in from working correctly.
11. Children’s Privacy
Jadkan is a business management tool and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Jadkan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
